Overstep

The Overstep program at JMV Child Care Foundation is dedicated to implementing development initiatives directly within underprivileged communities in remote villages and urban slums across India. This program adopts a distinctive approach by partnering with corporate bodies, public sector units (PSUs), and international development organizations to execute various projects in targeted locations. Unlike the Social Exertion with Legalized Journal Moral Development Child Care Foundation program, which focuses on building and supporting community-based organizations for project implementation, Overstep is characterized by its direct approach.

The dual objectives of Overstep are:

  1. Enhanced Understanding: It provides a deeper insight into the realities and challenges faced during project implementation.
  2. CSR Fulfillment: It helps corporate entities, PSUs, and international agencies meet their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) goals.

Through the Overstep program, JMV Child Care Foundation undertakes a range of intervention projects. These include:

  • Education: Providing educational support to underprivileged children in remote areas.
  • Healthcare: Operating well-equipped mobile hospitals under the “A Hope for Health” program. These units, staffed with medical professionals, deliver affordable, accessible, and accountable healthcare across deserts, forests, hilly terrains, and urban areas.
  • Community Development: Conducting health camps, integrated community development, and infrastructure development projects to ensure comprehensive welfare for the communities we serve.
