Mission Kaushal addresses a crucial need in India, where youth constitute over one-third of the population and form a significant part of the labor force. Despite their potential, many underprivileged youth lack education and proper guidance, not due to a lack of knowledge, but because they do not possess the necessary skills and attitudes. To harness their energy and drive economic growth, it is essential to provide them with the right direction and learning opportunities.

Roshni’s Journey
“JMV Child Care has given me hope, and ‘Mission Kaushal’ has helped me aspire to big goals.”
Roshni’s father worked tirelessly to support his family and educate his three daughters. After completing her 10th grade, Roshni struggled to continue her education due to financial constraints. She began searching for a job but faced challenges due to her lack of technical knowledge and English-speaking skills. Learning about the Mission Kaushal program from a friend, Roshni enrolled in a six-month course where she improved her English and computer skills and benefited from personality development classes.
With these new skills, Roshni secured a position as a Computer Operator cum Salesperson at a well-known jewelry shop. She now supports her father in managing the household and contributes to her sisters’ education. Roshni is grateful to Mission Kaushal for instilling confidence and a strong work ethic in her.
