Donation Refunds
  • Donations made to JMV Child Care Foundation are generally considered final and non-refundable to ensure funds are utilized for our programs.
  • Refunds may be issued in exceptional cases such as duplicate transactions, incorrect donation amounts, or technical errors.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 5–7 days of the donation date.
Procedure for Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.
