Founder & Chairperson
A visionary leader, OD Consultant, and Leadership Trainer, Mrs. Devi was the first woman in her family to graduate. Coming from a lower-income background, she understands the struggles of access to education.
She founded JMV Child Care Foundation to empower underprivileged communities through education, care, and opportunity. Her mission is to create a brighter and inclusive future for every child.
Pankaj Kumar
Admin & Partnership Head
Pankaj Kumar leads partnerships and administrative operations, building strong relationships with donors and stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth.
He plays a key role in fundraising, collaboration, and expanding the Foundation’s outreach, helping deliver impactful programs across communities.
